§ Phase I

The "Investment
Ready" advisory fee.

A fixed commitment fee for the strategic work required to make your startup Investment Ready. Covers sector-specific mapping, building the investment narrative, live-testing the founder's pitch / IC simulation, and quantitative proof of health.

A rigorous, stage-specific blueprint to stress-test your strategy, score your investability, and bulletproof your diligence — before you ever step into an Investment Committee meeting.

§ Phase II

The deal
closure fee.

Performance-based. Aligned with your growth. Payable only upon successful closing of the round and receipt of funds in the company bank account.

Standard Rate
1% – 2.5%
of the Total Gross Amount raised — depending on Early / Growth Sprint.
Tiered Scaling
0.5% – 1%
For significantly large raises (above ₹25 Crores) — percentage is open to negotiation.
The success fee applies to all capital introduced or facilitated through the 8 Minutes ® network and advisory efforts.

Invoicing
The Advisory Fee is billed upfront to initiate the 'Investment Ready' phase.
Timeline
The 'Investment Ready' phase typically lasts 1 to 3 months before the startup is actively 'taken to market' for Fundraising by 8 Minutes.
Exclusions
Third-party costs (legal firm fees, valuation certificates, or specialized tax audits) are not included and are borne by the Startup. Out-of-pocket expenses of 8 Minutes (travel for site visits, legal third-party audits) will be pre-approved and reimbursed at actuals.
GST
Advisory Fees are exclusive of GST (currently 18%).
